    EXCELLENT video series, Jason! Thank you. Your BPO agent combines common sense, experience & skill when she completes BPOs.

    I am a realtor, investor & BPO agent in Sarasota (FL). I have encountered MANY people doing BPOs who have no idea what they’re doing…seriously.

    A few of them, should you ever encounter them, will refuse your informed help. Good luck when you run into one of these deal-killers.

    You’d need a heavy dose of personality to try to save your deal.
