We recently went to go see a house in cwm y glo near llanberis in north wales, it has been on the market for 12 months was originally on the market for 160,000 was reduced 2 months ago to 150,000. The house has had a few visits, but no offers. The house needs a bit of work mostly in the garden as the house has not been lived in for a year. Its a 5 bed house but we would loose one of those to move the bathroom upstairs, also the kitchen needs updating and a few walls knocking down to create more space as there seems to be cupboards and wardrobes in very odd places. We are first time buyers, in a good position so a quick sale would be possible. What would you put a first offer in? Me & my other half are arguing about what should we go in at. Ie included the ad on right move for you to look at.
