we have accepted an offer on our property that is from a developer….. now he wants us to use his solicitors to move things quicker as he is saying our solicitor is not understanding his buisness methods, we agreed the sale in november but nothing has been sorted yet.
thanks for reply, would you have any idea what this option agreement is about ? as our buyer has said that he will reconsider his offer if we dont change to the solicitor he has dealt with before, should have made it clear it is not the solicitor he is using to buy our property but one he has suggested.
