me and my partner are wanting to buy a house in july, but have not started looking yet. just wondering how long it roughly takes for all paperwork and stuff to go through. we are not in a chain so that would probably make it quicker. can anyone give me a rough idea of how long it would take from putting in an offer to completion as we have never done this before. and when would you recommend we start looking at properties
